Stream quality is rather poor

So, I recently upgraded and still have quality issues.
My current set-up is AMD 7 5700G for CPU and an RX 6700 XT GPU. I have 32GB of RAM and the best internet possible from Verizon, 1TB speed.
I've tried different settings through YouTube tutorials and to no avail. I tried NDI which I love the idea, but I'm pretty sure that method prefers Nvidia codec/encoding. I'm awaiting a purchase of an AverMedia 4k, but would prefer to return that if possible.
Is there anyone who could have any idea of the issue/what I can do? I tried 936p, 1080p, and 720p and it all looks the same.

Honestly, I think I just need to sell my AMD GPUs and go for even 2070s or 2080s. AMD just isn't it for streaming despite their good hardware.

Also, yes I've tried NDI (currently waiting on an AverMedia Live Gamer), but that prefers Nvenc. I'll see what it looks like after installing the AverMedia. If that's not satisfactory then I'll ditch the AMD GPUs and go for Nvidia.
