I been trying to find out the right settings for my obs stream for a while now. Ive tried the Nvec and the other decoder,but no luck. I've tried many bitrates and resolutions ,but my stream quality stays the same. The stream isn't laggy or anything, it's just low quality. Could someone please help me find the right settings?
My specs are i7-8700k RTX 2070 16GB Ram
My Upload Speed is 12
Does me trying to stream on youtube have something to do with it or no?
