have watched every single youtube tutorial and nothing has worked even i read someones post on this website with the same issue and someone replied with the fix and it worked for them but not for me please help i have tried everything here are my settings ( i have also included the stream video link )

i have tried 1080p 60fps 8000 bitrate and 2k 60fps it did not work and my internet is good check this link down below https://www.speedtest.net/result/17191721310 ( btw what is a log file form ? )

The log file provided has no output session (stream).
You need at least 32Gb of RAM
The CPU is too old for 1440p resolution, and even less for 4K.
