Question / Help Stream Quality drops big time going to 1920x1080

I am currently streaming on twitch from my PS4 using an ElgatoHD60 capture card at 1280x720 with no problems, but when i turn the settings up to 1920x1080 the stream quality drops big time.

Here are my laptop specs. My laptop screen resoultion is 1366x768 maxed. Is that something that would hinder the quality

This would be the FIRST setting you would need to change in order to stream at 1080p

After that I'm not sure what else you would need to change as the log you provided doesn't show a stream attempt.

Higher resolution means that you also need more bitrate for the same quality. So if you cannot increase your bitrate together with the resolution the quality will drop of course.

Unfortunately that is the highest resolution my laptop will go.

That doesn't stop you from being able to type in that box.

Stay at 720p or use native laptop resolution.
