1. Enable Game Mode for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
VoiceMeeter Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO): 48000 Hz
Microphone Array (Zet Koradji Pro): 96000 Hz
3. Your gigabit-capable network card is only connecting at 100mbps. This may indicate a bad network cable or outdated router / switch which could be impacting network performance.
4. Run OBS as Administrator. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
5. OBS Settings > Advanced > change Color Space from sRGB to Rec. 709.
6. Change the resolution on your webcam from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 or lower if possible (such as 176x144) and then downscale it from there if necessary. This should also allow you to change the FPS on your cam to 60 FPS to match your output.
7. If you're gaming on your non-60 Hz screens and still having this issue after the above changes, this *may* be due to FPS conversion from 165 or 75 to 60 (4/11 or 4/5). Try 120 or 60 Hz/FPS.

Post new log if still having issues.

Nothing helped from those steps, tried all of them.

Just looking at point number 6. Could you please clarify? And should the webcam FPS match your video output?

For most video input devices you can select a resolution and frame rate. My cam goes from 720 to 120. If my canvas was 720 and I wanted the cam to take up the whole thing, I would set the resolution on cam to 720. However, let's say I'm gaming and want the cam in a corner not taking up the whole screen. I can resize the cam either by dragging the corner (scaling) OR by changing the resolution in the properties to 160x120. Scaling uses additional resources; this was clearly visible on my GTX 660M by 3-5%. The OP base is 1920, with gaming, the camera is 1920 and then scaled down (I assume so) so just extra resources. 480x360 cam res seems reasonable at 1920 base.

Same goes for FPS. Less converting/scaling, less resources, more resources for stuff that matters.

Did you ever find a fix for this? Mine does the same thing. It’s annoying
