Question / Help Stream Pixelated

I am trying to stream 720P 30fps, 60fps if I can get it. The problem is that when I move the screen becomes very pixelated and not clear. I am using a 2500 bitrate, this should not be the case from what I have read. Any ideas?

Your last configuration 720p 30fps in 2500 should give you the best option. Make sure that under Settings, Video you have Base and Output set to 1920x1080 (assuming this is your screen resolution) and then downscale to 720p in Settings, Output, Rescale Output. 720p 60fps at 2500 will give you bad quality on your stream as there is not enough bandwidth to contain all the required data.

Even at these settings you coul get pixelisation in high motion FPS games for instance, there's not much you can do about this apart from change the CPU Usage preset to a lower value (higher CPU Usage) but this is only any good if you have CPU to spare.
