How can I make my rectangular image non-rectangular?(like timthetatman or shroud) Thanks.

I just want the oval part...remove the black squareish background.

with simple words transparent background
Windows Paint can't do transparent backgrounds
you need something like
- Gimp (free and Open Source)
- Paint.NET Freeware)
- AdobePhotoshop (cost you a ton of money per month)
choose one of these and have fun
