Stream output failed

I tried streaming for the first time, and when I click start, I get an error "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details Note: if you're using the NVENC or AMD encorders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

I can record just fine, but not stream. I'm pretty sure all my settings are ok. My video drivers are up to date, but I'm using the x264 encoder because I don't have a GPU that support NVENC.

Any idea of how I can fix this? I attached the logThanks.
