Question / Help stream on macbook and take a picture from PC

Hello, i have a question! can i stream on my macBook air 2017 and take a picture form my pc when i play?

MacBook Airs are really not good for streaming.

However, if you have OBS and the NDI plugin on both machines, or the NewTek NDI software on one and OBS on the streaming machine, you can send footage captured on one machine to another machine on your network for streaming.
