I'm using OBS to record and stream Fortnite. When I record/stream, my FPS in-game is fine. However the playback is incredibly choppy and super low quality. I need a fix on how to fix this choppiness and the low quality, because once I started moving a lot, it gets super pixelated (with 3500 bitrate, which is the maximum for twitch). Here's the log file of when I live streamed to Twitch (I tweaked the settings throughout the stream, however none of my tweaks resulted in fixing this issue)
