Question / Help Stream not working

I followed the directions - HERE - and am unable to get my stream to work. I have OBS configured as shown in the video guide, and then I start the stream, but it shows no upstream bandwidth, and neither Twitch nor Youtube will show my stream.

Any help or advice would be fantastic!
