I was doing a test stream today (4/15/2017) and was trying to see how it would look on my mobile device, the only thing that showed up was a black screen with a buffering circle. The stream simply didn't work on mobile devices, I've tried multiple devices (Samsung galaxy S6, IPhone 6, and a Samsung tablet) neither of them displayed the stream.
I played around with the settings going from 2500 bit rate all the way down to 1500, changed rescale output from 1280x720 to 960x520, and then 852x420, I also changed CPU usage(ultra/super/very/and faster). All of these were tested with encoder x264 and CBR rate control and none of these changes seemed to change anything. I am unaware if my stream works on other desktops/laptops since I have nobody that is willing to test it for me.
Is this an internet issue or is something wrong with my OBS settings?
Trying to upload a log file just ends up with the website buffering forever trying to upload the file...
