Hello after fixing all my issues i set my settings to CBR 6000 1080p monitor downscaled to 720p60fps medium cpu preset and my problem is on VOD or on livestream it looks pixelated when action is going on or moving camera too fast low quality imo when i compare it to other streamers and most importantly what i am looking for its not smooth in my eyes again compared to other streamers. And the webcam i have a c922 and it seems pixelated and i tried 1080p30 i tried 720p60 i tried low light on/off.
