Stream not showing up?

I've been using OBS to stream to YouTube for a couple of months now. Everything has gone well except for last week YouTube said the video was unavailable. It will flash with the correct image but then go back to 'unavailable'. Everything, as far as I can see is working correctly so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

Soooooo, it shows up on our YouTube page. An another account watching but not on the livestream side of things.
