I have been having issues for the past 2 weeks. Once I am logged in to stream master and streaming on Chaturbate my webcam will be black, glitching, lagging, or running just fine. My private messages will send but I do not see them unless I X out of the PM's completed and click to start a PM with the user again. I have two differents Lushes a 3 and 4, some one will tip and the do not respond to anything. This will happen numerous times then if I am lucky after an hour everything may run fine.

I am using a built-in OBS for the most part
I have downloaded OBS studio's on my old laptop and still had this issue.
My laptop I am using is brand new as of today and I am still having the same issues. I ran my set up like a new PC and had no settings restored. If someone has any idea what is going on with this could you please help. Thanks
