Question / Help Stream Losing Connection Intermittently

I have started streaming on twitch using OBS and have had a consistent problem of random disconnections since I've started. It will usually be at about an hour in and my OBS will disconnect and my stream will cut. I'll even disconnect from the game I am playing on occasion. I don't usually disconnect with anything unless I am streaming and using OBS. If I'm playing a game normally without streaming, the internet doesn't cut out on me.

From the log attached, would this be an issue with my ISP? Or is there some settings I should change in OBS that could mitigate the problem?

I have logs from previous streams as well if that would be of use!
