Question / Help Stream looks pixelated, and I can't figure out why

I just built a new pc and tried to stream on it, but everything looked very pixelated. I know it is not my bitrate being too low or high, I have tried everywhere from 3000-6000, and my upload speed is 90mbps on ethernet. My pc specs are Ryzen 7 3700x, GTX 970, 16 GB ram. I used to stream on the same pc but with an i7 3700, and I didn't have this issue. I wouldn't think that my new cpu would be the problem because it is a lot better.

Your vod looks as expected to me. Are you sure you're watching it at Source quality?
