When I play fortnite (I'm streaming and gaming on the same PC), I seem get frames to stutter intermittently. They come and go and its very annoying. Seems to not be smooth and I feel like it can give me a disadvantage in game. I've had Task Manager Performance OBS and everything open while I stream. CPU usage never gets to high..not sure if this is an internet, obs settings, gpu or internet issue. Specs are below for the important pieces of my setup.
i7 8700k - stock CPU
GTX 950 SSC - GPU
8 GIGS 2800mhz DDR4 - RAM
5 mbs upload speed
two monitors - 60hz 1080p for gaming and a 2nd monitor for my windows thats like 1600x900 (non gaming monitor). LEt me know if you need anymore info to help me.
