Stream lags while streaming Rainbow Six Siege and Call of Duty: Warzone

I have a problem that when I start streaming games that I mentioned my stream becomes laggy but in bottom right corner it still says that stream is in 60 fps. When I set 60 fps cap on Warzone it was a bit better but still not good.
My specs:
i5-9400F
Gigabyte Rtx 3070 8GB OC
Ram 8GBx2
Monitor 240HZ
