Question / Help Stream lags (setup)

Hi,

Grafics: XFX 2GB D5 X R7 260X R
RAM: 16 GB
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 3400 1150 BOX
SSD: SSD 256GB
Software: FaceRig
Resolution (stream): 720p

I have the problem that when i have FaceRig enabled that the game in the stream lags but on PC all is fine.
Is my setup not enought or what can i do else?

EDIT i want to stream and play on the same pc :)
