Question / Help Stream lags, resetting the %appdata% folders fixes the issue

Every now and then OBS starts to lag my stream, my internet is fine and I have a 4Mbs upload speed.
Going into %appdata% and deleting all the files so obs resets fixes my issue and I can start streaming again without an issue
