Hello i bought the new RTX 2070 and started my first stream with it today. First i used my old settings for my GTX 960 but my stream is lagging while ingame everything is ok. I have 30mb upload and tried other settings from youtube and so on.. can anyone help me? Here are my logs: https://obsproject.com/logs/fjvzfo7POoJOVjAE the latest settings are attached.

15% rendering lag...seems that you allow your GPU to run into a bottleneck situation, where OBS is not getting enough GPU power for rendering fast enough.
Any reason, why game capture and monitor caputre are both in the same scene? I'd recommend to remove the monitor capture from the scene.
To make sure, that the GPU is not peaking over 95% load, you need to set an fps limit for your games, which is low enough, so that the GPU load stays under 95%, to leave some power for the OBS rendering.

Okay thank you BK-Morpheus :)

but the problem is still here. I tested just a minute ago (log: https://obsproject.com/logs/h0igPFlOotW39LVi ) and the lags are still there.
I opened task manager while streaming and the load of video encode was under 10% (ingame fps are limited at 144)
I dont know what to do, everything i try is not working..

Video encode has nothing to say in this case and when it comes to GPU usage, the Taskmanager shows wrong values. I'd suggest to download GPU-Z (freeware) and have a look at the GPU load there. by the way, the last log shows no recording/streaming attempt

Okay maybe i copied something wrong. But i think i fixed it now with a new Profile, NVENC and standart settings at 6mb and Vsync on ingame :) now my render lag is on 1-2% instead of 15-20% (checked this with the obs statistic window)
