Problems in video subsystem,
from the log:

Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 845 (4.6%)

video is not fast enough. Try to reduce video settings for the game (or try lower fps). Hope your games has limit at 60fps (or 30; or Vsync on), if no then it's no good...

Funny that I am bumping my own thread but I am STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE OVER A YEAR LATER.

Most of the games that I'm streaming have an FPS cap of 60 and the issue is still going on.

Some games that have an uncapped framerate run just fine. Even lowering my game settings doesn't help.

I don't want to stream or play my games at 30, it's not happening.

I really don't know what to do.

edit: forgot to mention that this only happens when streaming and recording. There are no dropped frames detected in the stream due to internet issues, its just the stream lagging because the fps of the stream is getting hit.

Still using notebook for game capturing? Why? What 'Game Capture' source settings? If the Multi-adapter Compatibility checked then it may cause that overload. But when it unchecked, because of two video cards in your laptop, you may got black screen in capture for certain games.

It's my only option right now. I'm planning on building myself a desktop once I move out of here so hopefully there won't be as many issues,

I don't have multi-adapter compatibility checked. But even if I did I would still have those framerate drops. It only happens in certain games.

But solution is the same, because video card was overloaded.

I think, you can made new Scene Collection and add only one game capture source. Set Settings>Video fps to 60. Start recording. Run fr-043 demo from Breakpoint 2010 (all defaults). Wait till the end of the demo. Stop recording. Look at the log - if you see ...lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls... at the end of the recording - then nothing to improve. Video card is too weak for your settings. Of course, you can try other encoders too.
