Question / Help Stream lags but ingame smooth

Hello, my problem is that my stream picture easily laggs. Ingame it runs completely liquid

Please include a log with a stream/recording in it. Record or stream for a few minutes then upload that log file.

Don't use a custom buffer size.

Okay I have made it but it has not solved my problem ... In the Obs preview, I see the lags already :/

Even when not streaming? Try turning on VSync. Your PC is probably spending all its power on the extra frames in game and there arent enough for obs even when your pc is well more than powerful enough.

I have for example in watchdogs over 150 FPS. Even if the stream is on ... If I Vsync turn on unfortunately does not change the light lags remain ... :/
