Question / Help Stream laggy when Fullscreen CS:GO

Ok so my stream is fine when just recording my desktop and google tabs but when I'm streaming CS:GO in full-screen, it freezes and stutters every few seconds. Btw I'm streaming with display capture because my game capture is just giving a black screen.

Your best bet is certainly not to use monitor capture, but to get game capture working.

Display capture should be okay in Windows 10 (I agree game capture is preferred), however there are no streaming/recording attempts in this log file so there's no way to analyze what's going on.

Running a game without vertical sync or a frame rate limiter will frequently cause performance issues with OBS because your GPU will be maxed out. Enable vsync or set a reasonable frame rate limit that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage. If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game.
