Hello, I have a problem. My stream is lagging on superfast preset although my CPU usage is low. I remember when I was streaming one year ago I didn't have any problems. Can you suggest me what should I change?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz

Video Card
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

RAM
8.0 GB
