Running a 144hz monitor
Im trying to stream overwatch.
using obs studio with x264 encoder
2500 bit rate
veryfast
720 at 30 fps
I get major lags. Ive tried lowering the bit rate a ton.
I just cant get the stream to not lag.
When I tried using AMD video coding engine h.264 encoder (my only other available encoder) the stream ran fine but I got screen tearing and turning on vsync did not help at all.
I attched every log file that I have from the past few days.
