Hey i've just started streaming and i followed a guide how to stream with two computers with a ethernet cable.

I stream from my gaming computer to the streaming computer at 50k bitrate and ive tired streaming from my streaming computer from 2000-3500 and it still lags/stutters/slow motion, i don't think it has anything to do with my bitrate though as it lags in my obs not just on twitch. I can't seem to find the solution, the log file says i have a memory leak but i have no clue how to fix that.

I don't understand, what difference does it make if it lags on the streaming PC if it looks fine on Twitch? That view is just for reference.

It lags on twitch the same way it does on obs, Thats why i'm wondering if its got something to do with receiving my stream from my gaming computer making it that way. I'm using a crosswire ethernet cable to connect the two i've used the twitch bandwidth tester thing and it says my internet should be more than good enough to stream. I don't think its the internet though otherwise it should look fine on obs aswell as twitch,

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/144596304 This was earlier when i was using my ethernet cable to connect my computers skip to like 19:10 to see the lag/slowpoke.

I just tested using my other pc with an wireless adapter instead of connecting it to my my pc directly but got huge fps lag on my videos but not in game n obs told me on my gaming pc i was dropping upto 50% frames heres a video of that:

I just discovered though that i was descaling twice, once on my gaming pc and once on my streaming pc causing a really bad quality could that be a reason for it?
Also which pc should i be descaling to 720p on?

Setting my pc up now to the previous state to give it a test to see if it fixes the problem.

Can you open the RTMP stream from the gaming PC in a separate program like VLC and verify if the lag spikes still occur there? Since you're basically abusing an RTMP server to avoid having to pay the cost of a capture card (which I strongly recommend you do, it will make your life a lot easier), issues like this are going to be extremely difficult for us to track down.

If I had to guess, the issue is with the RTMP server, and not with OBS itself.
