Stream lagging only on native resolution but not on others.

So I use OBS, I tried every option but the only one that made changes was the resolution settings in the video tab. Whenever its set to 1080p (native so no downscales), my stream lags like 2-3 fps. When I lower it to like 720 tho, no matter how high bitrate it works perfectly fine. Also no matter the fps but when I make resolution native it starts lagging. Wth is this?

For someone to be able to help, you would need to post a log. Could be possible settings, plugins, network related, overloaded system, many factors. But with that log it would help someone to troubleshoot with some steps to try.
