Question / Help Stream lagging, help would be greatly appreciated

Hi ive been recently streaming and i dont understand why im lagging, i mainly play csgo and i dont know if my settings are bad for cs maybe thats the problem, would love some help would be greatly appreciated! <3

That log doesn't show you attempting to capture csgo, nor does it show you trying to stream.
