Question / Help Stream Lagging Decent Pc

Hey so iv been trying to stream Euro truck Sim 2 but whatever settings iv tried doing the stream is like 40 fps stuttering and low quality my Pc specs are :

Ryzen 5 2600 3.7 GHZ
16 GB DDR4 3000 Ram
Msi GtX 1060 6GB
Asus Prime B350 plus motherboard
Upload Speed Is 20 so plenty

i want to stream at 1080 p smooth 60 fps when i tried streaming euro truck i was using about 50 % of CPU GPU and Ram so there is plenty of headroom there i just dont know why its like that

I have The Same problem i play Fortnite i have over 160 fps but i locked then up AT 160, when i try to stream my fps drops, i dont think it has anything to do whit my computer i think is The enternet i dont know but i never have a problem like that and i don't change anything about my pc or enternet, only that i buy a New monitor
