Stream lagging and skipping frames?

Hi I am completely new to streaming so I'm sure its something quite simple, but I am trying to stream via my ps4 with an avermedia capture card, when I start streaming it seems ok then it starts to skip frames and on youtube the stream shows as very leggy and skips parts.

Any help to fix this would be great appreciated.
