I know this has been posted 1000's of times but im stupid :(

I've got Avermedia capture card, streaming to both twitch and youtube, however the audio and some game seems to lag :(

I'm tried a wide range of settings but i can't seem to hit the nail on the head here, wondering if you guys can help me a little, been struggling since i brought it around xmas time!

Streaming from Xbox One through to PC then onto twitch/youtube

It appears that you are restricted to x264 encoding. From your log file, try downscaling from 1080p30 to 720p30. Based on your 2k bitrate, it might be worthwhile to downscale even further to 540p30. Also you x264 preset, when set to "fast" could not handle when doing 1080p30. The initial preset to try out usually is "veryfast". So give those settings a try and see what your results are. Basically, try 540p resolution downscale and using a faster x264 preset looking for OBS encoding overload.
