Question / Help Stream Lag + Ingame Lag

Im trying to Stream RocketLeague but when i start broadcasting everything is laggy the Steam and the Game and i dont know why. Need HELP!!

my spec:

Grafic: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

RAM: 8 GB Ram

Intel Core I5-6600 3,3Ghz
