Question / Help Stream lag + Game capture doesn't work

Hello OBS, I have two questions.

The game capture in your OBS is like really bugged for me. The first 3 games (or something) I play League of Legends work perfectly on game capture. After that it just gives black screen and I have to change to monitor capture (which I dont want to because I want to ALT+Tab in game.) So after these few games I just have to reïnstall OBS, then it works fine again for a few games and then the same happens again.

Another big question is: Why is my League of Legends lagging on my stream. My own game works perfectly when I stream, stable +70 fps, full high res gaming and 0 lagg. But when I watch my stream back it's all laggy (especially in teamfights). How is this possible. I'm streaming on Twitch with 60fps, 6000 Bitrate, 1080hp. I think my PC and internet should definitely be able to stream in very high quality without any lag or framedrops. What do you think, what am I doing wrong? Something with my settings or?

My internet connection:
Downloadspeed - 310 Mbps
Uploadspeed - 320 Mbps

My PC specs:
* ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
* Intel Core i7 7700K - 4,2GHz
* Kingston Fury 16GB(2666Mhz)
* NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB
* 525GB SSD Crucial MX300
* 1000GB HDD
* Corsair RM1000x PSU (1000Watt)

I can't create a log file because I uninstalled OBS currently, have to reinstall for game capture. I'm not confused how game capture works. It isn't that hard :P And if I dont know how it works, why is it working completely fine for a few games, but just stops working after. And what about the lagg? ^^

I can't answer any of those questions without logs. You do not need to reinstall for game capture to work, that's just completely nonsense. The next time it "breaks" please provide the log from that session.

I have here a log, I tried the old OBS after OBS studio. Thought maybe that would fix the problem. But now gamecapture AND windowcapture both give a black screen.

Then why did you provide a log from Classic? We don't support it anymore, and logs from it are useless to help fix issues in Studio. If the issue happens both places, please provide a log from Studio; the application that is under active development and has a chance of the issue getting fixed,
