STREAM LAG DESPITE GOOD COMPONENTS (Using Aitum plugin)

Hello guys!

I'm new on this forum so i apologize if this was answered....i started to stream on kick and twitch at the same time using the Aitum multi stream plugin. During my stream i was lagging a lot (frames dropping every 3 seconds) i wouldn't of posted this if i thought my PC could handle it, but I know my PC is good enough to stream both of them, because my parts being used are:
Ryzen 7 5700X 8 core
32GB RAM
Radeon RX 6800 XT (16 GB VRAM)

OBS settings are pretty normal compared to the average average streamer:
Video Encoder = AMD HW H.264
No Rescale
Rate Control = CBR
Bitrate = 4000 kbps
Keyframe = 2 S
Preset = Quality
Profile = High
Max B-Frames = 1

Video Settings:
Canvas and Scaled are both 1920x1080
FPS = 60

My internet is god tier
DL = 946.92 MBPS
UP = 948.61 MBPS

For external questions, no i had like 2 tabs open on my internet browser (opera GX)
I was playing Dead by Daylight which I'm certain could even be played on IGPU (maybe idk) it's not a high spec game
I had to drop graphics from high to medium and drop fps from 120 to 60 in game for it to improve by maybe 70% but here and there it would lag after the adjustment and of course the game looked worse. I'm just puzzled.

Please help!

1. Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This can be an indicator of very high system load and may affect stream latency or cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close irrelevant background programs.

Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering. Source affected (potential cause): Audio Output Capture
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (Scene).
3. Your log shows 4 lagged frames due to rendering lag and 4 skipped frames due to encoding lag out of 709,298. No dropped frames and no bitrate fluctuation with Dynamic Bitrate enabled. During a 3.25 hour session, 4 frames were missed. The percentage is so small it ends with e-6. Lagged frames and skipped frames (in your case) are caused by GPU overload. If steps 1 and 2 don't resolve that, enable V-Sync or whatever AMD calls it and/or lower your graphic settings.

Hello!

I really appreciate your reply! For number 2 i disable the display capture when using the game capture by clicking the eye, so i figured that was fine. For number 1 I'm confused, i have issues with my audio? I don't have any huge tasks running when I'm streaming, so I'm not sure what to do in order to fix that, my audio output capture is my headset, do i need to adjust audio in anyway? Yeah I'm not understanding how I'm suppose to fix number 1. With all that being said though, it's still odd I'm having to lower graphics etc with my components no? I don't have the greatest PC, but my parts are above average for sure.
