Stream Lag and low resolution

I am experiencing lag spikes and a pixelated resolution, I stream minecraft so I dont know why its a issue. The first log is before I turned down video output where my stream was unwatchable in its lag the second is when it turned it down and it was watchable but still had pixelated and lag spikes. The thing is it should be running fine I was assured on another post that the quality of what was on the first stream should be seamless with my specs. Would appreciate any help or ideas :), I really wanna figure out the issue
