Question / Help Stream lag and buffering issue

Hello, I'm a relatively new streamer, on and off for the last couple months. I used to stream on an older iMac, but recently upgraded and built what i thought was a fairly top end cpu. ryzen 7, 1070 gpu, trident z 8x2gb ram and a x370 chip set mobo. This was my very first pc build and I really had no idea was I was doing, but it seem to be working well. The first couple streams seemed to go very smooth, from what i saw, with little to no buffering issues. Again, i would stream games like LoL, diablo 3, and retro games on my iMac and never did the "stream analyzer" on twitch say "unstable" on connection. Well it is now :( I haven't' changed any setting with my modem, router or internet in general. I'm now trying to steam games such as Witcher 3 and PUBG and I'm getting many buffering issues, happening almost every 5-10 secs... This is forcing me to not even want to stream, as I read twitch viewers opinions on "one thing that turns you off to a stream," one of the highest is a laggy stream. I'm really at a loss here, I've looked all over the net for similar issues and solutions with none being the solution I need to fix the buffering. I've included logs and I'd surely appreciate it if someone was able to step by step me some things to try to help alleviate the buffering. Note: this is a one pc build, meant to steam and game together. Thanks for your time.

This is from a second stream around the same time, not sure which log was for the long stream i just did.

Edit: 12:35pm, I'm watching my vids that twitch auto records for you, and the buffering issue weren't recorded. I went to certain spots on the vids where i remembered seeing the lag spin and the stream moved along as it should. However there are some ticking and popping sounds when i speak and when the characters speak. I have a yeti blue mic with a pop filter, but no foam on the mic. only things running in my dashboard are obs steam one drive and windows defender. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/156060065
Here's another great example of the sound issue happening in a game that I know was having buffering every 10-20 secs. My guess is that they are somehow connected. Again, Thanks https://www.twitch.tv/videos/155358907
