Bug Report Stream Labs Won't Work

So I have my YouTube streaming key linked to OBS but every time I go live the video on YouTube still says "Waiting for channel owner"

I'm assuming it is. The desktop icon has what looks like a pair of eyes with headphones in a speech bubble.
