Question / Help stream key

hey all! every now and then when im streaming 1080p 60 fps no lag. nonetheless, my stream would in a matter of seconds out of nowhere, go to 95% frames dropped, about 50 kb/s and look god awfull. but when i disconnect my stream key then reconnect it, it fixes itself and no lag

any help as to why this occurs?

Specs:
i9 9900k
Rtx 2080 Ti

Need a logfile from a session where this happens, to be able to point out any possible issues.

That said, dropped frames are always caused by a network problem. It may not be your connection, but a server further up the chain between your PC and the destination ingest server. Possible that the time it takes to disconnect/reconnect your account is enough for an intermittent issue to be resolved, or for a different route to the server to be chosen.
