so a friend of mine (who isn't completely fluid in English) has been streaming with OBS to Twitch for a few months & she's been really happy with it most of the time.
For the last week or so, however, she's been having a lot of problems with her stream lagging every few minutes (in her latest - 4 hour - stream she had a delay of almost five minutes in the end) or even completely disconnecting for a little while. She didn't change anything in her settings / setup / connection since then, so we have no clue what happened.
We've tried a lot (increasing / decreasing or using dynamic bitrate, reducing framerate, changing the encoder, resetting the Twitch key, switching LAN cables) so far. Her CPU / GPU isn't close to hitting 100 %, there is no lag in game or in Discord, so the internet connection itself seems stable two.

We're thankful for every little bit of help someone may have.
/Edit: there are SOME dropped rendering frames, but not a lot which happen far & few between. We've tried everything we found here , but maybe someone has some other genius solution.
