Stream keeps dropping while I play PVP games

I read through the disconnect/lag guide and I guess I'm just looking for extra clarification? I've been experiencing frequent stream disconnections, so I've moved from Streamlabs to OBS in hopes of reducing that and I have noticed a drop in disconnects but they still happen. I've moved my entire setup closer to the router instead of a powerline adapter and I have a direct ethernet connection to my PC and I am still have notable disconnection issues when I play online PVP games like Fortnite or League of Legends. Not only do I disconnect, my game and even discord calls lag as well. When I play offstream, I don't face these issues at all, so I'm assuming this is an internet issue? Is it getting overwhelmed? I'm just wondering if these problems are connected. I've found a good bitrate I can stream at with no problem.

Please restart OBS (and your computer if you still didn't do it) and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

The most common cause for this random disconnects are issues within the ISP network, specially regarding RTMP protocol.

I did do all of this and I'm not getting any troubleshooting info from the analyzer? Not even mid stream after a disconnect. I'll definitely contact my ISP though.
