So I have been wanting to stream the new Modern Warfare beta on PC but for some reason its just constantly stuttering and it just looks weird on stream. The gameplay on my end is perfectly smooth and I think even in the OBS stream preview but for some reason it just looks weird on stream. I know it's not my Internet and my CPU usage and GPU usage seem to be perfectly fine. It doesnt do this with any other game except this. I've tried a lot of settings and even tried disabling the webcam.
