Stream isn't continuous on YouTube (cuts several times)

I have had an issue for the past three or times I've used OBS and I wish to know how to resolve it.
I stream a two hour session per week. However, the session never stream successfully from beginning to end. It abruptly ends and restarts as a new video.
I thought the issue was internet connectivity, but I continue to doubt that as I've been resolving that, but nothing changes.

Please assist to know what might be the issue, and how to resolve it.

Thanks!!!

Your streaming at 30fps with a camera that streams at 24fps?
Hopefully you are NOT using WiFi.. if you are, my first and strongest recommendation is to switch to wired Ethernet (at least for testing). A USB to Ethernet adapter is cheap, if you are using a laptop and don't have an existing dock with an Ethernet port

Your OBS log shows bandwidth issues at least once. Have you used System Monitor to see if the CPU is overloaded and that is why you are dropping the connection?

Hello!! Thanks for responding.

We use a MiFi device, but it's usually connected to the laptop via USB. We hoped that would be sufficient considering setting up Ethernet might take as a while, for logistical reasons.
I'll have a look at the System Monitor, though I didn't think CPU overload was the issue. We use a MacBook Pro 2019 that's solely dedicated to this one task.

WiFi can often behave like a walkie-talkie. it is VERY easy to interfere with jitter/latency sensitive traffic (like live streaming). It is possible to use WiFi BUT to use WiFi without problems can require more advanced wireless network engineering skills and monitoring tools, especially in denser urban areas.

A number of more recent MiFi devices allow connecting a USB-to-Ethernet adapter, such that you could connect OBS computer to MiFi via a wired connection (still using cellular, which has its own (sometimes similar) challenges, but at least skipping one source of potential interference).

And don't ignore background tasks on the laptop
