Question / Help stream is very pixelated and black bars

i want to get in to streaming but my stream is very pixelated and there are black bars on the side here is my log file. here is a clip of my stream of how it looks. i dont want to stream any big games just some small games. if anyone could help that would be amazing!

At the bitrates you're choosing with the nvenc encoder, your stream will ALWAYS be pixelated.
Black bars are because your display is 16:10 and not 16:9
