So I tried streaming,but when I would enter a game the stream would get quite choppy, so I decided to lower the bitrate too 1000 and I had brought the resolution down to 720, I believe that I should be able to run it at that current setting so im reluctant to bring it down. It should be worth noting I live quite far away from the other servers, so I checked the twitch bandwidth test and the closest server had around 4500 kbps.
I have a gtx 960 with a i5 4690k.

Edit; Forgot to add that sometimes the games are running fine on stream, then suddenly I'll have lagspikes that make it unwatchable, then it stays that way.
