Maybe this video will explain my frastruations but Im having serious freezing issues and it is driving me nuts.

I run OBS at x264 with veryfast preset, tried faster and fast and even ultrafast but none of these encoder presets help me with a smooth stream and I have no idea what to do.
My CPU is an i9 9900k at 5GHz, Its usage goes from around 20 percent to 40 percent at times, but in OBS it shows around 3% or 10% or so.

I legit don't understand what to do anymore, I want to stream properly...
