Question / Help Stream is "slow" jumping from one pic to another

My settings:
Bitrate 2400
Playing at 1920x1080 converting it to 1280x720p
FPS: 40 / 60 fps, tried both, still the problem.
Audio: 256

This one here is with 30 fps 2100 bitrate and billinear... still chppy, what can i do?
Or is it that my cpu cant handle it? I mean i got more fps mins rainbow then in dead by daylight but daylight is fine with 40fps stream :(

If I enable vsync ingame its not playable it feels like low fps / spongy controls.
I tried the vsync option with 1 and 2 frames but nothing helped.

Your CPU is choking, R6 Siege is a very CPU-heavy title. If you're running without vsync or some other type of frame limiter you're just making the problem worse.

I solved it. I can enable vsync but only in borderless mode.
Also the cpu usage of rainbow 6 went from 70% down to 30-40 %.
