Question / Help Stream is Pixelated

My stream is very pixelated when I look at my VOD. I've got a Ryzen 1600x, GTX 970, and 16GB of RAM. I also have Gigabit internet so I stream around 3500bitrate and on 1080p60FPS. I'm not sure what's going on.

Try these settings and it should work, i use them too and they are great:

OUTPUT:
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 20000
Preset: High Quality

VIDEO:
Common FPS Values: 60
Disable Aero

ADVANCED:
Process Priority: Above Normal

Isn't 20K bitrate a lot? Wouldn't people not be able to load the stream :P

Well, these settings that i gived to you i still used for streaming for like 4 months and i still use them, and i didn't receive any comment about the possibility to load the stream.

And I saw the bitrate helps a bit with the quality of the stream, but you can try to lower the bitrate if the quality of the stream will be better.
