Question / Help Stream is pixelated and blotchy with fast movement

Hows it going guys , I am fairly new to obs studio and I prob. have my settings all out of wack lol ,my stream is pixelated with any sudden movement , I have a great pc with great upload and download speeds , here are my pc specs:

• i7 6700k
• 16gb Kingston Hyper Fury DDR4 (2X8gb)
• Gtx 960
• Msi Z170A Gaming M3
• Evga NEX 750B Super Nova
• Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
• 1 TB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, 120 GB Solid State Drive

My upload speed is 122.74 mb/s
My download speed is 151.62 mb/s

Any help would be appreciated , thanks guys .
